QUIETLY BRILLIANT: YOUNG PEOLPE

You've been taught how to get the grades.

But do you know what comes next?

That's where the Quietly Brilliant Blueprint begins.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I'm Charlotte - a qualified teacher, coach and former GCSE examiner with more than 20 years' experience working with young people.

I've taught in schools, marked thousands of exam papers and run my own business for more than a decade, working with young people, professionals and organisations.

I understand both sides of the gap.

I know what you're taught at school. I know what employers are looking for. And they're not always the same thing.

I can help you bridge that gap without asking you to become louder, more outgoing or someone you're not.

Charlotte focused in on building our daughter’s confidence and belief that she had what it takes. She has motivation and confidence that we have not seen in her for ages.

THE PROBLEM

You're expected to make decisions about your future, but you're not sure what you're good at, what you want to do or where you fit.

You apply for job after job and hear nothing back, sometimes even for jobs you're more than qualified to do.

You finally get an interview, only to be asked questions you have no idea how to answer.

Every entry-level job seems to want experience. But how are you supposed to get experience if nobody will give you a chance?

Or maybe you've got the job, and that's not going to plan either.

You're expected to just know things nobody has explained.

Your manager doesn't seem to understand you.

You're either overwhelmed by what you're being asked to do or frustrated because nobody is giving you the chance to show what you're capable of.

You know you have something to offer. But how do you get other people to see it?

THE SOLUTION

Getting the grades got you this far. Now it's time to recognise what else you bring.

The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint helps you answer three questions:

Who are you?
Understand your strengths, interests and what matters to you.

What do you bring?
Recognise your skills, talents and the value you offer.

Where do you thrive?
Discover the environments and opportunities where you can do your best work.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, what you have to offer and how to take your next steps.
